Michael J. Serrallés, is the second vice president of the Board of PRFC since April 2016. Serrallés serves as manager and director of the J. Serrallés, Inc. This corporation maintains sowing of grass, ornamental plants and coconut palms which spread aromas, colors and beauty.
His corporation also leases farm land to companies for the study of seeds, planting, and the production of bananas, plantains, and mangoes.

DR. RAFAEL J. BORGES GONZÁLEZ
Career as a professional veterinarian
Dr. Rafael J. Borges González, has an extensive veterinary career as an equine specialist. He worked for (5) years in private practice in Ocala, Florida. For several years he has had a farm in Isabela for the production of milk.
His professional ability leads him to be a university professor and private veterinarian of large animals. He stands out as a member of the board of the “Cooperativa Productores de Leche” (COOPLE) and the National Association of Milk Producers.

MR. JOSÉ V. FABRE SANTIAGO
Mr. Fabre Santiago is president of Fabre Green Farm Corp. and vice president of Bananera Fabre, Inc. For more than 20 years he has led the production, distribution, and sale of bananas on his 80.69-acre farm. He has a 10,000 square meter greenhouse where he grows tomatoes and peppers. In addition, he produces papaya, melon, pumpkin, bananas, and plantains. Mr. Fabre Santiago is also president of the Puerto Rico Banana Producers Association.

MR. DUAMED COLÓN CARRIÓN
Innovator in agriculture and biotechnology in Puerto Rico
Duamed Colón Carrión is the founder and President of Agro Tropical, Inc., established in 2011 in Santa Isabel. He leads the production of Global G.A.P. certified plantains and founded Puerto Rico’s first Commercial Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory.
Colón Carrión manages a certified 89-acre farm and directs R&D projects with USDA and local universities. He serves as Vice President of Agro Tropical Solutions and market developer for Yara International. A member of the USDA-FSA Committee and active in Farm Credit, he studied Animal Sciences and Marine Biology at the University of Puerto Rico. Additionally, he is the founder and violinist of the musical group Así Somos.

Francisco Oramas is 59 years old and serves as the Executive President of Industria Lechera de Puerto Rico, Inc. (Indulac) in San Juan. He oversees finances and sales of the UHT milk plant, the largest producer in Puerto Rico with $70 million in sales. Oramas holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
He has experience in various agricultural sectors and is a former Undersecretary of the Department of Agriculture (2005-2007). A member of the Puerto Rico College of Agronomists, he leads the development of new dairy products and beverages.

Outstanding professional, lawyer and accountant at the service of the agricultural industry
Antonio E. Marichal, is a notary and accountant lawyer. He is one of the two external directors, who serves PRFC as a financial expert. Thanks to his professional ability he also practices tax, inheritance and corporate transactions. Marichal is currently a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Association of Notaries and The American Bar Association.
He also practices in The U.S. District Court for the district of Puerto Rico, The First Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and The U.S. Tax Court.

Marta E. Rodríguez has an extensive experience providing advisory services in the areas of internal audit, risk advisory, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, forensic examinations, and litigation support, among others.
She has served clients in diverse industries, highlighting a focus on service industries, manufacturing, retail and distribution, not-for-profit, healthcare, real estate, and insurance, among others. In addition, she has performed other services to companies such as management consulting, forecasts projections, and agreed upon procedures.
