WE OFFER FINANCING
FOR THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:

• Acquisition
• Construction
• Refinanciamiento
• Refinancing
• Purchasing a lot for construction

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• The residence must be the applicant’s primary residence.
• The lot or farm may be up to a maximum of 10 cuerdas.
• The structure must be entirely concrete and have a septic system.
• The structure must be insured.
• The residence may not be part of an established residential development.
• The applicant must contribute the difference between the amount financed and the transaction-related costs, and must also have a good credit score.

FOR CONSTRUCTION, IMPROVEMENT, OR REMODELING LOANS, THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED:

• Detailed cost estimate
• Residential plans and an approved Construction Permit issued by the Office of Permit Management (OGPe)
• Copy of the State Insurance Fund policy
• Construction contract with a staged disbursement plan

DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION NEEDED:

• Proof of income (wages, Social Security, among others) and income tax returns for the last 3 years
• Corporate tax returns, certificates of incorporation, or Operating Agreement and Good Standing
• Recent personal financial statement (assets and liabilities)
• Bank statements (last 6 months) and proof of funds to complete the transaction (if applicable)
