MR. VÍCTOR M. AYALA
Dedicating his techniques and knowledge to the dairy and cattle industry
Víctor M. Ayala, is the president of the Board of Directors since April 2018. He is a dairy and livestock producer in Barrio Collores in Humacao.
Throughout his professional career, Ayala has managed to be a director in the dairy industry of the Fund for the Stabilization of Prices, INDULAC, a member of the Farmers Association of Puerto Rico, and a member of the College of Engineers of Puerto Rico.
MR. FELIPE OZONAS
Supports the agriculture and production of coffee, citrus, and bananas with faith of a great future
Felipe Ozonas, is the Vice President of the Board of Directors since April 2018. He is a producer of coffee, citrus, and bananas with more profitable and sustainable crops.
He is one of the two external directors of PRFC and president of Hacienda La Balear, Inc. and of Azamar de La Balear, Inc. Currently, Ozonas stands out as a member of the Farmers Association of Puerto Rico.
MR. MICHAEL J. SERRALLÉS
Proud to be part of the fourth generation of his family that contributes to agricultural production
Michael J. Serrallés, is the second vice president of the Board of PRFC since April 2016. Serrallés serves as manager and director of the J. Serrallés, Inc. This corporation maintains sowing of grass, ornamental plants and coconut palms which spread aromas, colors and beauty.
His corporation also leases farm land to companies for the study of seeds, planting, and the production of bananas, plantains, and mangoes.
MR. ANTONIO E. MARICHAL
Outstanding professional, lawyer and accountant at the service of the agricultural industry
Antonio E. Marichal, is a notary and accountant lawyer. He is one of the two external directors, who serves PRFC as a financial expert. Thanks to his professional ability he also practices tax, inheritance and corporate transactions. Marichal is currently a member of the Puerto Rico Bar Association, the Association of Notaries and The American Bar Association.
He also practices in The U.S. District Court for the district of Puerto Rico, The First Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals, and The U.S. Tax Court.
MR. ROBERT G. MILLER
Promotes the economy through the egg industry
Robert G. Miller is the president of the Agriculture Businesses of Puerto Rico, with farms in Barrio Sabana in Orocovis and Barrio Asomante in Aibonito, producing eggs, laying hens, and cocks, benefiting from his experience of more than 35 years to the Puerto Rican agriculture.
Currently, Miller stands out as a member of the Fund for the Promotion of the Egg Industry and a member of the Menonita Health System.
MR. CARLOS A. RODRÍGUEZ
Its field of action was, is and always will be livestock
Carlos A. Rodríguez is dedicated to livestock, a sector that maintains great growth, and has his farm in the neighborhood of Barahona in Morovis. Previously, Rodríguez was a cattle rancher in the milk sector for more than 30 years until he sold his farm in 2015.
Rodríguez was elected first vice president of the Association of Agriculture of Puerto Rico in 2014, which groups different sectors of agricultural products of the country.
MR. PABLO RODRÍGUEZ
Prevails in banana and coffee agriculture
Pablo Rodriguez, his professional career is based on the specialized agriculture of bananas and coffee, having also been a citrus producer in the past. His farm of agricultural crops is located in the so-called town of El Pepino, San Sebastián. Currently, Rodriguez is a member of the College of Agronomists of Puerto Rico.
DR. RAFAEL J. BORGES GONZÁLEZ
Career as a professional veterinarian
Dr. Rafael J. Borges González, has an extensive veterinary career as an equine specialist. He worked for (5) years in private practice in Ocala, Florida. For several years he has had a farm in Isabela for the production of milk.
His professional ability leads him to be a university professor and private veterinarian of large animals. He stands out as a member of the board of the “Cooperativa Productores de Leche” (COOPLE) and the National Association of Milk Producers.
MR. RICARDO FERNÁNDEZ

Ricardo I. Fernández is the President and CEO of Puerto Rico Farm Credit, where he leads by employing solid business practices that promote long-term success for the benefit of all stakeholders. He has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
MR. JORGE DULZAIDES
30 years of dedication and commitment
Jorge Dulzaides is the Chief Lending Officer of Puerto Rico Farm Credit since 2013. He is a CPA with an MBA in Finance and International Marketing. Jorge has dedicated 30 years to PRFC and has evolved within the company serving as credit analyst, lending officer, internal auditor, and lending manager.
